Half hour weekly TV series produced by ERT3 (3 seasons).

In the 56 episodes of the series, we once again travel across Greece, meeting the people who passionately and persistently work the Greek land—cultivating, producing, collecting, and often processing herbs and fruits.

The show focuses on a more natural and healthy way of life, as well as the scientifically documented study of herbs and fruits. The scientific supervisor of the series is Dr. Eleni Maloupa, Director of the Institute of Genetic Improvement and Plant Genetic Resources of the Hellenic Agricultural Organization DIMITRA.

From Epirus to Crete, from mountain peaks to coastal shores, we explore fields, farms, forests, and trails, guided by a love for nature and science. Once again, we reaffirm the wisdom of Hippocrates:
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”
